What Is The Mode Of Payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards along with a net banking facility. For ‘Cakes’ delivery is only available for the residents of Bangalore.

 

How Much Are The Delivery Charges?

We charge delivery according to the location specified while ordering. This is calculated automatically.  

What Is The Estimated Delivery Time?

The estimated delivery time for all the products depends on the location. Products that are delivered within Bangalore would be shipped within 24 hours. Products shipped across India would take 2-5 business days.

We do not provide deliveries after 7 p.m. – 8 a.m.

If The Products Are Damaged, Will It Be Replaced?

If the products that you purchased have not been delivered in a proper condition or have been damaged in transit, please do not accept the package, as we will replace the product with no extra cost.

Does Smoor Chocolates Deliver Internationally?

Smoor Chocolates doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.

# No Deliveries on public holidays.

# We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal value in case of non-availability of the desired product.

# In case of Floods / Heavy Rains / National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

# No change in instructions will be entertained after placing the order.

# We will not entertain any complaints of a product after receipt of the product.

# Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

# We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order as “executed” in the following scenarios:

  • Delivery not done due to wrong address / wrong pin code in case of courier products.
  • Recipient is not available.
  • Premises are locked.
  • Phone, cell or extension number is not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable then the delivery will not be done.
  • Recipient refused the products.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception / Neighbor.

In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update on the status will be available on the customer care number. 

Refund Policy: 
In case of non-availability of order which is prepaid online using credit card/debit card or net banking, the amount will be returned in seven days by reversing the transaction.

Return Policy: 

a. Who bears the postal charges for products that are returned? 

Customer has to check the product at the time of delivery and if there is any damage to the product at the time of delivery, the same will be returned back to the delivery person and replacement will be done within 48 hours without any additional delivery charges. This is to make clear that Smoor Chocolates will not accept the return once the customer accepts the delivery. 

 b. In case what you have received differs from what you ordered. How do you return?

We do have very rigorous checks in place during our dispatch process but at times a few hitches might go unnoticed. All you need to do is, just return the product back to the delivery boy immediately at the time of delivery and we will send you the replacement. 

What is the cancellation duration?

The customer can cancel the order 48h in advance of delivery, cacellations later then this will not be permitted.
